This video pretty much explains it all. Shannon and I watched it and we were angry to find out that we said all the examples given exactly the way "Michiganders" supposedly say it, which is wrong.



Sorry for doubting you Rachel, Shannon and I are on board with the whole accent thing.

Some of the pronunciations are just redneck, but others Shannon and I def say incorrectly all the time.
